Step 1: Software Installation
Getting started is simple. Our team handles most software installations remotely, with in-person support available if needed. We even offer a self-installation option for those who prefer it. The setup time depends on your office’s network complexity, but we’ll make sure it’s smooth and stress-free.
Step 2: Personalized Onboarding & Training
Once your system is up and running, you’ll be scheduled with Abbey Cantolina, our Sr. Director of Consultation. She’ll guide your team through a 60-minute basic training session covering everything from image capture tips to core topography functions. For providers looking to take things further, we also offer advanced doctor training sessions that dive deep into topography analysis, specialty lens design tools, and more.
Step 3: Ongoing Education & Expert Access
You’ll have continued access to clinical leaders like Randy Kojima, Jackson Lau, and Lynette Johns for advanced educational training.
