Deliver proactive myopia management with orthokeratology lenses backed by 30+ years of research and trusted on over 2 million eyes worldwide.
Euclid has refined the art and science of myopia management, beginning with the Euclid Emerald™ design and continuing through decades of clinical research and innovation. The result is Ortho-K lens designs that deliver effective myopia management while maintaining fitting simplicity and comfort that practitioners can trust.
Euclid lenses are among the most widely studied Ortho-K lenses worldwide, having more than twice the myopia research of any other manufacturer.¹
In a peer-reviewed study, Euclid Ortho-K lenses were effective at slowing axial elongation in myopic children.¹
In a multi-center, multi-ECP retrospective analysis of Euclid MAX™ and Euclid MAX Toric Ortho-K Lenses, 89% of ECPs reported that their overall experience was better or significantly better compared with other Ortho-K lenses.**
Euclid Ortho-K lenses are designed to deliver excellent daytime vision, night wear comfort, and the predictable management of myopia.
Multi-Curve Design
Intended to support better centration for a closer, comfortable fit.
High Level of Precision
Wide parameter ranges and precision adjustments as small as 0.01 mm help support consistent results, even in complex cases.
Optimized Optic Zone
Tailored to each patient’s prescription and corneal shape.
Toric Elevation Adjustments
Designed to support a proper fit on astigmatic corneas.
Each Euclid Ortho-K lens is individually tailored using the patient’s prescription and corneal data, allowing refinements as the eye changes over time. This supports:
Euclid MAX and Euclid MAX Toric deliver the next generation of orthokeratology for myopia management, combining the outstanding material characteristics of tisilfocon A with proven Euclid designs.
Minimizes chair time while maximizing patient satisfaction.

Euclid Ortho-K Fitting Guide
Euclid Ortho-K lenses are a brand of rigid, oxygen-permeable lenses for the temporary reduction of myopia. This patient-specific lens is to be worn overnight to gently reshape your patients’ corneas as they sleep. This reshaping is designed to provide clear daytime vision, free of glasses and contact lenses.
• There are several studies demonstrating the effectiveness and safety of orthokeratology.1-8
• Our Emerald and MAX product lines are manufactured only in materials that have U.S. FDA overnight wear approvals.* Euclid lenses have years of successful use by eyecare professionals around the world.
*Some products are only available in certain markets.
This modern treatment is safe,3 effective, FDA-approved, and proven on over 2 million eyes around the world.
Euclid is the world’s most researched Ortho-K design for myopia.9 Designed to fit the exact shape of your patient’s eye, there are no trial sets and no guesswork; simply provide your patient’s keratometry readings, refraction, and HVID (Horizontal Visible Iris Diameter), and our advanced algorithms will calculate the exact lens needed to fit your patient and correct their vision.
There are unique advantages of our proprietary lens designs:
• Multi-Curve Design gently aligns the peripheral cornea, offering better centration for a close, comfortable fit.
• Optimized Treatment Zone – the advanced algorithm results in a treatment zone based on each patient’s Rx and corneal shape.
• Elevation adjustments for astigmatic patients – limbus to limbus corneal elevation differences are easily incorporated into Euclid’s proven Toric design.
Euclid lenses are approved for the temporary reduction of myopia up to -5.00D and astigmatism up to -1.50DC. FDA Approved (PMA #P040029).
Euclid lenses can be worn by anyone regardless of age, and all patients can experience the benefit of clear sight during the day. However, studies have shown that myopia generally manifests between the ages of 8-12, so it is recommended that young patients are fit between those ages for the best management of their myopia. Starting a myopia management program at any time during the growth years (8-23 years of age) can still have great benefits.10-23
Unlike some Ortho-K brands, Euclid lenses do not require a trial set to achieve a successful fit. Provide accurate keratometry readings, sphero-cylindrical refraction, and HVID (Horizontal Visible Iris Diameter), and we will make lenses fit to the shape of your patient’s eyes. A baseline corneal topography is also recommended prior to starting any Ortho-K procedure.
While a topographer is not required to order your first lenses, it does provide a critical piece of information that will be useful for any consultation work if any fit issues arise. Topography is also recommended to determine when we may need to choose the best design option between the Euclid (sphere) and Euclid Toric lens.
Many eye care professionals will tell you that Euclid lenses are easy to incorporate into your practice, saving you chair time and giving you great first fit success. Euclid Vision Corporation also provides access to a consultation team of experienced Ortho-K specialists ready to help you. Call 1.800.477.9396 or email consulation@euclidvision.com at your convenience and we’ll ensure that your Euclid lenses provide you and your patients optimum results.
Since there is no trial set required to fit Euclid Ortho-K lenses, there is no upfront cost other than the cost of the lenses themselves. Additionally, our practice-friendly warranties will help you and your patients feel comfortable beginning the Ortho-K process.
Euclid Ortho-K lenses are all FDA-approved and have been shown to be safe and effective in several research studies.1-2,15,18 Each pair of lenses comes with an authorized package insert that includes safety information for the product.
Corneal astigmatism often will cause a lens to decenter in the closed eye. Euclid lenses are designed and approved to fit patients with up to -1.50D cylinder.* Euclid Toric lenses can improve centration and alignment in patients whose topography shows limbus-to-limbus “bow tie” pattern and/or over 25 microns of sagittal height difference between primary meridians at the 8 mm chord. Talk to a Euclid specialty lens consultant today to determine if a Euclid Toric design is indicated for your patient.
*Euclid Ortho-K is not indicated for the treatment of astigmatism.

*Certification requirement is only applicable to the US market.
After you pass the FDA-required* certification test, a certificate of completion is available for download and you can request to open an account with Euclid. A representative from Euclid will reach out to you to answer questions and provide access to valuable promotional & educational materials. Then it’s time to tell your staff about this exciting treatment process and how you expect Euclid Ortho-K will be presented to patients throughout your office.

Euclid lenses can be made in two materials, both of which are fully approved by the FDA for overnight Ortho-K. Tisilfocon A offers outstanding material characteristics and a Dk of 180. Oprifocon A has a proven history of Ortho-K use, and a Dk of 85. Both materials are available in green and blue tints.
Every Euclid lens has a laser mark identifier on the edge, which is a unique number. That number will only ever be used once, and can be used to identify the exact patient, eye, and order entered into our system. For easy at-home lens identification, Euclid recommends using green on the right and blue on the left.
